What is Rhinoplasty?
Rhinoplasty is surgery to change the shape or size of the nose, aiming for a result that is in balance with the rest of the face. In some cases it may also address breathing difficulties caused by internal structures. It is one of the more technically demanding facial procedures.

Recovery & Aftercare
Recovery varies. Swelling and bruising, particularly around the eyes, are common initially. A splint is often worn for a short period. Fine swelling can take many months to fully settle, so the final result takes time. Contact a qualified clinician with any concerns during recovery.

Risks & Safety
Rhinoplasty can be associated with risks including bleeding, infection, breathing changes, asymmetry, an outcome that differs from what was hoped, and the possibility of revision surgery. Your surgeon will explain all of this beforehand.
